The following are the service rules are implementing in Andhra Pradesh Government Employee Services, these may be helpful to you.

ANDHRA PRADESH STATE AND SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES – REVISED RULES

The One Man Commission (SPF. Services) was entrusted to comprehensively examine, revise and up-date the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules popularly known as General Rules among other Special Rules. The Commission has revised and furnished a draft of such Rules. The Government after careful consideration of the Report of the One Man Commission, the revised draft Rules furnished by him and also keeping in view the orders and instructions issued by the Government from time to time which have been in existence and were not incorporated in the revised Draft Rules and certain Orders / Instructions issued by Government after submission of the Report by the One Man Commission in which they have not been covered, have decided to issue the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Rules, 1996 in supersession of the Rules issued in G.O. first read above as amended from time to time.

 

ANDHRA PRADESH SECRETARIAT SUBORDINATE SERVICE RULES

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 399 of the constitution of India and all other powers hereunto enabling and in supersession of the rules applicable to categories of posts specified in these rules immediately proceeding the date of publication of those rules and issued in the name of Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following special Rules for the Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Service.

 

ANDHRA PRADESH SECRETARIAT SERVICE RULES

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers here undo enabling, and in supersession of the rules applicable to the categories mentioned in these rules immediately preceding the date of publication of those rules and issued in G.O’s specified in the Annexure to these rules, the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Special Rules for the Gazetted posts in the departments of Secretariat.

 

ANDHRA PRADESH LAST GRADE SERVICE RULES

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to the Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following Special Rules in supersession of the existing rules issued in the G.O.Ms.No.580, G.A. (Rules) Department, dt.12.5.1961.

 

ANDHRA PRADESH CIVIL SERVICES (CONDUCT) RULES

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following rules to regulate the conduct of Government Employees.

PUBLIC SERVICES INSTRUCTIONS ON MAINTENANCE OF PERSONAL FILES

(Rules) Dept. Dt:28.11.1963 and published in supplement to Part-I of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, Dt:30.01.1964.
